First Time Here
We believe you.
You did nothing wrong.
It wasn't your fault.
You’re not alone.
You deserve to be heard.
You’re in control.
This space is available whenever you feel ready.
We won’t ask for your name.
You won’t need to create an account.
We won’t contact you through the Log Now web app.
Your private log is designed to remain private to you.
We won’t share your private log, or use it against you.
You may have experienced one of these protective responses:
Fight
Flight
Freeze
Fawn
However you responded, it was the safest one for you.
Your journey is unique to you, and there is no right or wrong way to heal.
Healing is possible.
Logging here gives you a private place to validate what happened to you, helping you feel more in control on your healing journey. It is private, anonymous, and institution-free.
You may add as little or as much information as you like to your log. If you just want to click ‘Submit Log’ without providing any information, you are welcome to do that. You’ll be able to return to your private log and add more later.
If you choose to answer any optional questions, it will take you about 5 minutes to complete.
What happened to you matters. You deserve to be heard.
Do you want to know more about the log form?
There will be a space for you to type anything you want. It is designed to be private to you. You’ll be able to return to your private log to read, edit, delete, or add more.
You’ll be asked if you would like to view 6 optional demographic questions.
You’ll be asked if you would like to view 4 optional questions about barriers to services (reporting, medical, mental health, and legal).
You’ll be asked if you would like to answer an optional question about whether it happened within the past year or more than a year ago.
Optional answers are stored separately from your private log and are not designed to be linked back to it.
Optional demographic, barrier, and timing answers may be combined with other responses and used without identifying you.
Optional feedback and “Other” write-ins may be reviewed as written only after there are enough submissions to display them safely.
We are aiming to understand the barriers survivors face to reporting and seeking medical, mental health, and/or legal services.
After submitting your log, you’ll receive a unique access code.
Your access code lets you return to your private log.
Please save this code to return later.
