Your journey is unique to you, and there is no right or wrong way to heal.
Healing is possible.
Logging here gives you a place to safely validate what happened, helping you feel more in control on your healing journey. It is anonymous, secure, and institution-free.
You may add as little or as much information as you like to your log. If you just want to click ‘Submit Log’ without providing any information, you are welcome to do that. You’ll still be able to return and add more later.

You’ll be asked if you want to answer 6 optional demographic questions.
You’ll be asked if you want to answer 4 optional questions about any barriers you may have faced to reporting or to seeking medical, legal, and mental health services.
After submitting your log, you’ll receive a unique encrypted link.
