Open Design

Our platform’s code will be open. Survivor data will remain encrypted, anonymous, and inaccessible. Our new website will be built in an open-source content management system. Any custom code that is built on top of those systems will be open source and shared publicly.

We are combining trauma-informed, survivor-centered design principles with ethical data anonymization. 

We are creating a replicable model that other organizations will be able to adapt to their needs. 

Our protocols will be open and will ensure consent, safety, and data anonymization rules are followed. Other organizations will be able to use them even if they don’t use our platform.

• Anonymous, consent-based data collection
